According to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 12 April 2002 on technical conditions which should be met by buildings and their location with subsequent changes, the analysis confirmed the requirement of § 207: The building and devices connected with it should be designed and constructed in a way that ensures in the event fire:

• The load capacity of the structure for the time resulting from the regulation,
• Limiting the spread of fire and smoke in the building,
• Limiting the spread of fire to neighboring buildings
• The possibility of evacuating people, as well as taking into account the safety of rescue teams.
